Roosevelt Drive was once one of the main streets in the west side of Crescent City, featuring storefronts, police and fire stations and the local schools. Now, the street lies in ruins. Broken down storefronts, empty foundations and falling down brick buildlings line the street. Roosevelt Drive cuts right through the heart of the Wastes, and even the asphalt is being overtaken by weeds, dirt and potholes.

High Street travels from the Foundry District out into the Irish section of River North. The grim industrial architecture gives way to row homes, bowling allies and corner bars as far as the eye can see. Toward the center of River North, there are several cheap punk and metal clubs, catering to the youth of River North, charging cheap covers and more money than the cheap beer is worth.
